*Cristal Rocks uses genuine Swarovski crystals and applies each individual crystal by hand, with our unique glue which does not damage the workings of your phones/i-pods or other products.
*We accept no responsibility for any subsequent damage to your phone and advise that you keep it in the protective pouch we provide to ensure that crystals do not come off unnecessarily.
*The nature of customised work directly onto a phone/i-pod or any other product means that once the crystals are attached, the design is permanent, so make sure you are specific about the design you would like- we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for these products.
*Dependent on the product, there is a chance that it may no longer fit into a car holder/charger after the crystals have been applied, so be sure to check this before proceeding with your order.
*Goods remain the property of Cristal Rocks until full payment has been received and cleared.
*We only send out our products via recorded and insured next day delivery, please ensure that you do the same when sending us your phones/i-pods/cameras, as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost/damaged goods.
*We are confident in our work and products, so if there are any problems with your orders, please let us know. If any goods are faulty on delivery, we must be notified within 24 hours.We only offer refunds/exchanges if there are valid reasons for doing so.
